Delivery fees
- They are according to the postal code of the recipient address.
- They are according to the distance between the shop ,in Sillery, and the recepient address.
- They are also according to the gas price.
We deliver in Quebec city and immediate areas.
For deliveries outside Quebec city ,but still in the province of Quebec, we will gladly give you contact information of qualified florist that we know and trust.
Se do not take orders for outside the province of Quebec, Europ or USA, because of the exchange rates and business hours that are not compatible.
Delivery will be done the same day if:
- The order is place before 11h.
- For funeral deliveries only, we provide delivery before 6pm.
- The recipient is available to receive it.
Delivery can be done the day after if :
- The order is place after 11h.
- The recipient is not available to receive it before 2pm.
We can’t promise an exact time of delivery because of items out of our control like weather conditons, traffic conditions or holiday’s ( Valentine’s day, Mother’s day , Easter…)
We will be close on Holidays (Spring Break ,St-Jean Baptiste,Canada Day, Labor Day,….)
Covis 19:Closed on Sunday but we do delivery to funeral homes and Holidays(Easter and Mother’s Day).
